You’re learning everyday of your life. You’d be surprised, I’ve been working here 55 years and I’m still learning. We have produce come in from every corner of the globe, there’s always something new to learn. It’s good.

Like they say, don’t buy a book by its binder. A lot of people only buy produce that is aesthetically pleasing, and because of this, they’re missing out on so much. My Father still grows veg, and a lot of it is all nobbly, and doesn’t look like the “ideal” tomato or what have you, but the taste is amazing. He never believes in spraying or anything, so it’s organic really. It doesn’t look perfect, but it tastes amazing.
